Seen them? The police made sketches of the two men after speaking with the office boy who was shot

Two men in their late '20s entered the office of builder Atul Agarwal in sector 17, Vashi, at 9.45 am yesterday and opened fire at his office boy Hemant Kohli (30) with a country-made gun. The daylight attack was an apparent threat to the builder.

One of the employees at Agarwal's office said they received a call after the incident to say 'Dekh liya na hum kya kar sakte hai?' The Navi Mumbai police suspect the duo fired at the office allegedly on the behest of gangster Ravi Pujari. Agarwal had been constantly receiving threatening calls and has been provided police protection since 1995. Luckily, Agarwal was not in his office when the incident took place yesterday. He said, "Hemant was hit on the chest. He is stable now." Agarwal said he has received many threatening calls earlier too. Senior Inspector Sudhir Choughle said, "We are investigating the gangster angle since Agarwal had already received many threatening calls."

The police have a sketch of the duo on the basis of description provided by Hemant. One of them had worn a striped T-shirt and jeans, while the other was wearing a shirt. Choughle said, "Both are young boys and I think they are just foot soldiers, who take up assignments like these for a few thousand rupees".
