A case has been registered against the owner of a chemical unit in Retiwala industrial estate in Byculla for allegedly keeping inflammable chemicals in his unit’s premises, which caught fire on Monday.
Ten people died in the blaze.
The case was filed against Baljit Gandhi, the owner of Smruti Aerosols.
