PETA offer to nab person who blinded dog
After yesterday's MiD DAY story on the stray dog who was stabbed in the eye with a rod, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), has offered a reward to the person who can provide information leading to the arrest of the person/s responsible for this act.
"According to mental health professionals and international law enforcement agencies, perpetrators of violent acts against animals are repeat offenders who pose a serious threat not only to other animals, but to the community as a whole," says PETA's Anuradha Sawhney.
