Once again, thugs and criminals kill innocents, destroy India's image in the world and bring our lives to a standstill.
And they do this in the name of religion, for slights suffered, both real and imagined.
I am a Muslim. But I am a Mumbaikar and an Indian first. Enough. This is not acceptable. These thugs don't speak for me or for any Indian Muslim.
Enough. The time has come for the security forces to put an end to this. Go after these criminals, put them down in cold blood.
But more importantly, it is time for all of us, Hindus and Muslims and Christians and Sikhs and all Indians of all persuasion to say that we will not put up with this any more. We will not provide you with safe harbour, we will not give you the privilege of stating your misguided point of view, we will not give you shelter or sympathy. We will cast you out as pariahs and assist the police and the administration in hunting you down wherever you may be.
Enough. Let us send out a message loud and clear. Enough.
