The officers of the customs air intelligence unit have arrested passenger Samira Juma Shaffi, a Kenyan national, who was to depart to Nairobi via Addis Ababa by Ethiopian Airlines for posession of drugs.

After examining her strolly bag, a white coloured substance was found, which turned out to be heroin, weighing 1505 gms.

This was cleverly concealed in the false bottom of the strolly bag.

The heroin is valued at Rs 1,50,500.

The statement ofthe passenger has been recoreded, where she has admitted posession and concealment of the drug.
