Joke? John Kerry and John McCain

Former US democratic presidential nominee John Kerry took a potshot at John McCain's age, in a joke before a business summit on Monday.

Kerry opened up his comments telling the audience he's tired of the press' "silly questions" as the campaigns head into the final two weeks.

"I've been asked all of those brilliant questions that were repeated this year."
"Barack got asked the famous boxers or briefs question. I was tempted to say commando."

Kerry then hinted that McCain struggled with a similar question, saying the 72-year-old senator responded, "Depends."

Kerry, referring to an adult diaper brand, got plenty of laughs from the crowd.
