Two persons, including a woman were killed and 12 others were injured, three of them seriously when a bus in which they were travelling collided head-on with a truck at Adgaon today, police said.
The incident occured when a Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) bus in which they were travelling collided head-on with a truck coming from the opposite direction, police said.
The bus was on its way to Amalner from Mumbai whereas the truck was on its way to Mumbai from Madhya Pradesh, they said. One of the two deceased was identified as Advocate Vilas Pannalal Surana (57) from Nashik, they said adding the injured have been admitted to the Nashik civil hospital.
