Gul Teckchandani is a chartered accountant and lawyer, who has over two decades of experience in the Indian equity markets.

He has a keen understanding of the governmental and regulatory environments, parti- cularly in respect to the capital markets.

Teckchandani joined the mutual fund industry in the early 1990s as vice president, infrastructure leasing and financial services (IL&FS), jointly managing the Oppenheimer Fund, listed on the NYSE, and the IL&FS proprietary portfolio.

Subsequently, he joined Sun F&C Asset Management (India) Pvt Ltd as Chief Investment Officer.
