Searches were carried out today at a school in suburban Ghatkopar after it received a call claiming that a bomb has been planted there, police said.
An anonymous caller at noon threatened the Pant Nagar Technical High School authorities that a bomb, planted in the institute premises, would blow up in 30 minutes.
However, the call turned out to be a hoax after the Bomb Disposal Squad and the police conducted search operation in the area.
