Delhi: Monica Bedi, the glamorous ex girlfriend of jailed gangster Abu Salem, says the don wants her to get married. "Salem holds nothing against me. He told me to move on and get married if I wanted to. I've never been scared in my life," Monica said, soon after flagging off a vintage car rally in the Capital on Saturday.
This was the first public appearance of the controversial actress following her stint in Bigg Boss. Monica was vehement in her protestations that there was nothing between her and Abu anymore, not even telephonic contact.
"I feel no fear, love or anger towards him, and I hope to completely move on, soon. We're not in touch and things are over from his side, too," she said. Dressed in shocking pink and blingy accessories, her appearance was much in contrast to her soft-spoken demeanour. On reports of her romance with Rahul Mahajan, Monica said, "We're just good friends. We have been through a lot of trouble of the same kind, so he understands a lot. When I broke down in front of the camera, it wasn't planned, it was all natural." Monica is planning to move into the Andheri apartment that MP and Bigg Boss co-star Sanjay Nirupam has arranged for her, and says it'll be two to three months before she shifts there with her mother. Her family, she says, gets "hurt" at her public outbursts, but has always been there to fall back on. And what does she have to say to soap star Ketki Dave's allegation about the Bigg Boss being fixed? "No. By my experience, it was all spontaneous. I don't think it's fixed," she said.
We're shockedâ¦.
At Monica's dress sense. Though the lady never featured on our stylista list, she's now made it to the number two spot on our worst dressed list, after topper Vidya Balan. Spotted in a shocking pink top and shiny black trousers with loads of silvery bling everywhere the belt, the rings, the buckles and the peeptoes Monica looked too tacky and shiny for a drizzly Saturday morning. Stay clear of her fashion fetishes!

Monica told the real estate agent, Aruna Sharma, that 2BHKs were too costly for her at a monthly rent of Rs 22,000, and so opted for a 1BHK that'd cost her a monthly amount of Rs 15,000," he said.
