Funny as it may sound, but going by the shareholding pattern of Reliance Natural Resources Limited where its chairman Anil Ambani's elder son holds equity worth crores, while the younger one is left holding a paltry 100 shares, it seems that History repeats itself.

Why the difference?

In the Annual General Meeting of the company when a shareholder pointed out that the 17-year-old Anmol owned close to 17 crore shares as against his 13-year-old brother Anshul's 100 shares, and asked Anil why this discrepancy, pat came the reply from Anil, "Now you know what happens to the younger one in a family."

Anil had fought a rugged battle with his elder brother Mukesh over the ownership of Reliance empire a few years ago.

Anmol's shares at yesterday's closing price are worth Rs 13.21 crore while Anshul's holding is less than Rs 8,000.
