Patiala: Actor Saif Ali Khan landed in trouble last night after a tiff with photo journalists during a shoot at a railway station here. The altercation ended with the registration of a case against him on charges of threatening to kill and assault.

Two photo journalists one from a newspaper and the other from local news channel were trying to take shots of the shooting of the unnamed movie when Saif objected.

Saif's security staff allegedly took away their cameras. And the actor lodged a complaint against them with the railway police station.

Following this, several media persons assembled in the night and demanded action against Saif. They withdrew the protest only after CM Parkash Singh Badal sent some leaders from the Shiromani Akali Dal and BJP to pacify them.

Later, both journalists lodged a complaint against Saif and his security guards on the charge of manhandling them.
