Nikita Mehta | Obstetrician Dr Nikhil Datar's writ petition with the Supreme Court for revision in the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act was accepted yesterday.
Dr Datar was the consulting gynaecologist for Nikita Mehta who wanted to abort her 26-week-old foetus, but was denied permission by the court.
The Mehta's see a ray of hope for others with the petition being accepted. |
