A tempo overturned on the Western Express Highway this morning, killing one person and injuring three others.
According to Jogeshwari police officials, the tempo, which was transporting vegetable from Andheri to Borivali turned over on the highway causing injury to the driver and the other passengers.
The mishap happened at 7 this morning, said the police.
The injured were rushed to Bhagwati Hospital in Borivali, where one person succumbed to his injuries. Condition of the other three persons are critical, added the police.
