Overhead cable snap disrupts CR train services |

An overhead cable snap between Mulund and Kalwa today resulted in delays of Central Railway local services this morning.
According to railway officials, CST and Thane bound trains are running up to 25 minutes late.

One angry commuter at Kalyan, Vikram Singhania however said that trains were more than an hour late. "I travel to Byculla everyday and whilst I was waiting at the station at 9.50am, the train scheduled for 8.20am has not yet arrived," he said.
Railway authorities have promised to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
