The Lokayukta officials have trapped a village accountant of Kolar district while accepting a bribe of Rs 75,000 from a farmer to change khata (land records).
The accused Gangareddy has demanded Rs 4,25,000 from Shantaraj to change the ownership of the land and was caught while accepting a part of the amount.
The accused was booked under Prevention of Corruption Act and has been remanded to judicial custody.
