Prince Charles is world's best-dressed man

By: PTI

Prince Charles beat US President Barack Obama to top the list of world's best-dressed men by style magazine 'Esquire'.

The magazine has praised the 60-year-old prince for his simple yet elegant style with his signature double-breasted suit and pressed shirt.

"He is perfectly turned out in a double-breasted suit. Admirably, the prince keeps his wardrobe in appropriate style, we're told he has a room laid out like a tailor's shop," the magazine said.

The prince beat off competition from Barack Obama, who came fourth, to be named most the best dressed man by the men's magazine.

Jeremy Langmead, editor of Esquire, said, "It's the men who dress like grown-ups who really caught the judges' eyes; as well as those who have developed their own distinctive style and stuck with it."

The other members in the list include comedian Ronnie Corbett, 78 (second), artist David Hockney, 71(seventh), and youngest best dressed man tennis star Roger Federer (eighth) and rapper Andre 3000 (tenth).

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and Boris Johnson featured in world's worst dressed men's list by the magazine.
