Advantages

Bhayendar is quite a clean area and has a good green layer especially in the residential area.
The basic infrastructure that is good roads, transport, sanitation, education, medical and other facilities are getting better.
The latest attraction in the area is Maxus mall, which has six multiplex screens. A few more malls, BPO firms, retail outlets and other shopping destinations are soon expected to come up in the area.
Commuting is no issue at all. Auto rickshaws are easily available from the station. In fact the area now also has the Mira-Bhayander Municipal Transport bus service which runs in the Mira-Bhayendar city.
24 hours Reliance Electric supply, Mira-Bhayendar Municipal Corporation water supply and underground cooking gas pipelines are also provided by Mahanagar gas limited (MGL)
Disadvantages
The area has limited number of malls, restaurants and parks for children.
One has to travel in crowded Virar trains to get to Bhayendar, simply because there are limited trains to Bhayander.
