ADVANTAGES
Sanpada is easily accessible from Vashi, Sanpada and Juinagar railway stations. It is also close to the Mumbai-Pune Road, Thane-Belapur road and Panvel Highway. The area is well-equipped with basic infrastructure and residents don't have to travel for their day-to-day needs.
Sanpada has a couple of upcoming malls like Affairs and Full Stop. Inorbit, Centre One and Raghuleela Mall near Vashi railway station are 10-minute drive from Sanpada.
Sanpada is a very clean and green locality. It's basically a residential area with very little commercial activity.
DISADVANTAGES
Like the rest of Navi Mumbai, Sanpada too experiences its share of power failure. At times, a power failure is followed by cuts in water supply.
Sanpada doesn't have a big mall or multiplex. Similarly, the area has limited number of restaurants and hang-out options.
The bus connectivity within Sanpada is irregular. However, it is well connected by road. |
