A 17-year-old girl was allegedly raped by two youths on separate occasions, police said Thursday.

The victim, a Class 10 student in Bhaironpur village, was allegedly called by one Jagtar Singh at her school premises where he allegedly raped her.

Promising marriage, Singh took the victim to Gurdwara Sri Fatehgarh Sahib but abandoned her there.

She met one Romi, a resident of Ariya Majra village of the district, at the gurudwara, who promised to drop her at her residence on his motorcycle.

Instead, he took her to fields in the village, where he raped her.

The victim was again abandoned at the gurdwara on October 2.

Police have registered a case against the two youths based on the girl's complaint.
