A minor girl was allegedly raped and killed in Gwarayee village, police said today.

The 11-year-old girl had gone to her father's shop to deliver his lunch box and was returning home when Maansingh of the same village offered to drop her home on his vehicle, police said.
Maansingh, who was under the influence of liquor, took her to a secluded place where he raped and killed her before fleeing, police said.
A case has been registered and efforts were on to nab the accused, police added.
