Delhi shivers at 2.7 degrees Celsius
Minimum temperature in Delhi was 2.7 degrees Celsius today, while maximum is expected to touch 13 degrees Celsius.

The minimum temperature in the national capital dropped to 2.7 degrees Celsius today, the season's lowest and four notches below average.
Though the morning was foggy, the day would be clear, an India Meteorological Department official said. The maximum temperature is expected to be around 13 degrees Celsius.
Visibility at 8.30 am was 50 metres and humidity was 100 percent, the official said.
Thursday's maximum temperature was eight notches below average at 12.7 degrees and minimum temperature was three notches below average at 4.4 degrees Celsius.
