On July 30, a modern art museum, opposite Maharashtra Police Headquarters, hoisted our  national flag, but to my dismay, it was stained. Now, the authorities may give many reasons for this like the monsoon or that they overlooked the stain, but it is unacceptable. Sadly, this amounts to an insult to the national flag, which should be avoided.
