It has been reported that bombs in the Ahmedabad blasts were planted in cycles. The Mumbai police should go around parking lots and check vehicles that have been here abandoned since years. Why aren't the traffic police or the concerned authorities taking any notice of this? 

Most of the places below flyovers have been made into paid parking lots. The one below Nehru Nagar flyover is one such area the authorities should take note of.

 Like this, there are many other places that need checking. Besides terrorist targets, it also adds to traffic jams.
