Without blaming each other now, the time has come to join hands and unite to eliminate terrorism from our country.
Only we, each and every Indian citizen, can make it possible. We must take steps to eliminate terrorism from the roots. The dastardly serial bomb blasts in Bangalore and Ahmedabad claimed innocent lives and injured many others.
How many more killings and terrorist attacks are we waiting for to take some stern and strong action against the perpetrators? According to me, it only needs will power.
Now, security will be beefed up by the police in every state, but we citizens too must put in some effort. We must be alert and keep our minds open to sense any kind of abnormal activity. We should support the government and even volunteer to conduct checks.

RAther than addressing the basic problem of terrorism, our efforts never go beyond the initial rhetoric and compensation packages for the victims.
We need to focus more on the prevention of terrorism rather than merely curing its after-effects. The need of the hour is to institute a national protocol for intelligence gathering, which has to be very strictly insulated from all political interferences.
Let us all bear in mind that the perpetrators of violence and terrorism have only one singular purpose of polarising the Indian society along communal lines by spreading chaos.
It is high time for the right-thinking citizens to wake up and exterminate these destructive tendencies with due sincerity and national fervour.
