 NCP chief Sharad Pawar has stated that he will not contest the Lok Sabha (LS) elections, but will continue in national politics by opting for the Rajya Sabha.
He added that he had been in the Parliament for the past 40 years.
He seems to be wanting to make room for the younger generation of his family, without giving up the
power of an MP.
