India: I recently clicked this picture of a surveillance camera in a BEST bus. The camera was neither connected to the power source nor the recording system. It's a pity that the work was half done.

I appreciate the idea of installing surveillance cameras in buses. But what is the use of cameras, if they don't function? Are these cameras meant for decorative purpose only? The cameras need to function, in these times of the city being on alert, after the terror attacks.

The BEST has been running into a loss. Hence, if they want to employ expensive technology for our safety, they should use it to maximum.
