The former US President George W Bush is unfortunate to have earned the ignominy of being an ineffective leader. The floundering US economy is being attributed to Bush. But, would any other president have acted differently, given the administrative mechanism in America?
Also, Bush alone cannot be blamed for failures in the foreign policy. There was a team of experts that advised him. If the President is considered a failure, the entire US machinery must also be considered as ineffectual. The leader is as good as his team. |
