Mumbai: Just for the elections... will remain Amar Singh's house guest till thenSanjay Dutt left on Friday for his first major foray into politics. His wife Maanayata accompanied him to "settle him down in Lucknow."
But according to sources, Amar Singh has taken full charge of Dutt's life.
"He has not only promised to make sure Sanjay makes the right political moves, he has also promised Maanyata Bhabhi that he will make sure Sanjay sticks to his diet."
Mere athithiAnd that isn't all. Amar Singh also insisted that Dutt be his house guest during the 45 days when Dutt will be campaigning for the Samajwadi Party.
According to a source, "Sanjay Dutt suggested he stay in a hotel, but Singhji insisted on him being his guest.
He has a five-bedroom bungalow and saw no reason why the actor shouldn't occupy one of the rooms." Dutt will now spend the next 45 days in Lucknow.
Sanju will need to return to Mumbai for two days to shoot a pending song for Soham Shah's Luck, though. Says the source, "Sanjay has committed to the song and has delayed it for long.
He'll do so in sometime this month. Otherwise, Sanjay is so tense right now he has stopped communicating with everyone.
Specially until March 30, when the courts will finally give its verdict on whether he'll be allowed to contest elections or not. He will be on tenterhooks."
