I don’t know what she’ll do with this info. I’m worried that she’ll report it to our boss and make life miserable for me. However, it’s been five days now and she hasn’t spoken to me since that evening. Now, all of a sudden, I’m more worried about losing my self-respect in her eyes than losing my job. I’m thinking of talking to her or sending her a mail saying that I’m very apologetic about what happened. Should I do that?

Dear Gurudas,
Ignore it. She saw you surfing a porn site, so what’s the big deal? I am sure there are so many guys in office who, too, do it. You were open about it, the rest of the guys do it on the sly. Guys like to watch porn! Do not send an email or anything to that effect. Just let her be. This female colleague is living in her la la land. So let her remain under a rock and behave as if she is unaware of what guys are up to. You are not in love with her, so why care what she feels about you. You may fear that she will tell others, let her. She will appear to be a fool herself!
