The Supreme Court Thursday sentenced Sanjay Dutt to 5 years in jail and confirmed the death sentence of Yakub Memon in the 1993 Mumbai blasts case.The apex court commuted the death sentence of 10 others to life imprisonment.Dutt will have to serve three-and-a-half years in jail, as he has already served 18 months.An anti-terror TADA court had in 1993 awarded death sentence to 12 people, including Memon.
