Meanwhile, CM Kejriwal has approached the Supreme Court challenging the high court order. Dramatic images surfaced from the Aam Aadmi Party's headquarters in New Delhi. A video of a Bengaluru shopkeeper being thrashed by Muslim mob, is making rounds on social media. The shopkeeper was allegedly thrashed for playing Hanuman Chalisa at his store. Political slugfest broke out soon after the videos reached the Opposition in the state. Taking to ‘X’, LoP R Ashoka shared the video and questioned the state government over the incident. Meanwhile, BJP leader PC Mohan alleged that the attack on man is the grim reality of Congress’ ‘Mohabbat Ki Dukaan’. BJP Yuva Morcha National President Tejasvi Surya alleged that the incident was result of Conress’ appeasement politics. Surya after meeting the victim on March 18 said that he has demanded an unbiased investigation from Bengaluru City Commissioner. Agitated by the incident, people in large numbers raised ‘Jai Shree Ram’ in the area.

Tensions remained high in the region on Feb 23 as protests flared up for a 10th consecutive day in West Bengal’s Sandeshkhali. Locals of Sandeshkhali and BJP’s Mahila Morcha on Feb 23 protested against the TMC Govt in the Bermajur village of the region. The protestors are seeking justice against alleged atrocities committed by TMC leader Sheikh Shahjahan and his aides. A clash broke out between locals and the police after the police halted the protest. Some female villagers got injured during the Sandeshkhali Violence. Falguni Patra, West Bengal BJP Mahila Morcha President also protested against the Police in Bermajur village. "The people who are being looted, Police are committing atrocities against them. This is the truth of Bengal...nobody is safe...we are being stopped from going there because they don't want the truth to come out...women here are trying to speak to us but Police are scaring them away," said Falguni Patra.

Amid the Sandeshkhali violence incident, West Bengal BJP President Sukanta Majumdar held a protest march on February 14, in Basirhat, West Bengal. Following this, a clash took place between the BJP workers and the Police. The police tried to take Sukanta Majumdar back to the hotel. During the clash, Sukanta Majumdar got fainted. Rubbishing speculations of quitting Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and joining Congress, Pankaja Munde came down heavily on such reports and warned the channel of facing consequences for airing such news. “A few days back a news report came in that I met Rahul Gandhi & Sonia Gandhi twice and I am quitting BJP & joining Congress. Such news reports are absolutely false,” said Pankaja Munde in a press conference in Mumbai. “I swear that I have never spoken with any leader of any party regarding my entry into their party. I have never seen Rahul Gandhi or Sonia Gandhi in person...I am going to file a defamation case against the channel..." BJP national secretary added.
