There has been a significant upgrade in Mumbai’s infrastructure in the recent times and a brand new RO-RO ferry survive is the latest addition. A new Vasai-Bhayandar Ro-Ro ferry service will be running on a regular basis from 21st February between Vasai and Bhayandar that is going to cut down the commute time between the two destinations to 15 minutes. This is the second RoRo service in the MMR. The first one operates on the Ferry Wharf and Mandwa route. The newly-inaugurated service will ply eight times a day. The vessel can carry 100 passengers and 33 four-wheelers in one go. Here’s everything you need to know about the service.

Vicky Kaushal, finds himself to be fortunate as an actor to be able to play historic characters in movies like Raazi, Sardar Udham, and Sam Bahadur. He mentioned that director Meghna Gulzar lets an actor get into the soul of the character of her movie. Sanya Malhotra talked about how it was an easy yes for her to say to director Meghna for this role and how she always makes a conscious decision before saying yes to a movie. On the other hand, Fatima talked about how she isn't someone who has read a lot but understands the importance of playing the role of personalities like Indira Gandhi and how Meghna is a tick to her list of directors she wished to work with.

In a shocking incident, the Udaipur-Jaipur Vande Bharat train was stopped at Rajasthan’s Gangarar in Chittaurgarh district. The emergency stoppage was made after iron rods and ballasts were found placed on the railway tracks. With the rising demand, Lavender cultivation across Jammu and Kashmir has amplified. Hundreds of farmers are shifting to lavender cultivation in the Pulwama district of South Kashmir which has proved very profitable. Farmers traditionally in J&K grew cereals such as maize, rice and millet which didn’t provide great returns but after lavender cultivation, their earnings have gone up several times. The Kashmiri unemployed youth has also started practising lavender farming as it helps to generate revenue at a high level and they are happy with farming of unconventional aromatic plants. Jammu and Kashmir’s lavender cultivation is changing their fortunes.
