Shooters of Rajput Karni Sena Chief Identified | Massive Protests Grip Rajasthan

In a major break-through in the high-profile murder of Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena chief Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi, Rajasthan Police on December 06 has identified two shooters who were involved in the killing. The two assailants have been identified as Rohit Rathore Makrana and Nitin Fauji, who hails from Mahendragarh, Haryana. Meanwhile, the situation in Rajasthan continued to remain tense as the cities witnessed massive protests. After the Karni Sena called for Rajasthan, massive protests were seen in various cities including capital Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur. Soon after the news broke out, Rohit Godara, close aide of Goldie Brar and Lawrence Bishnoi took responsibility for the gruesome murder. Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena, Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi, was shot dead by three assailants in Jaipur on Dec 05. The murder sparked outrage among the Rajput community, which called for a state-wide bandh today.

Uttarkashi Tunnel Collapse: Gripping footage reveals the struggle of workers

The rescue teams at the Uttarkashi tunnel collapse site tried to establish contact with the trapped workers. In a major development, the first video of the workers trapped inside the tunnel has finally emerged. The video was captured by an Endoscopy Camera which was sent inside the rubble. Six-inch pipeline was used to send food items to the stranded workers. On November 20, the trapped workers finally had a hot meal after nine days. Rescuers were filling khichdi in cylindrical bottles which were sent to the workers. Notably, rescue operations have been going on for the last 10 days to evacuate 41 workers. Vertical drilling machines arrived at the collapse site on November 21 to continue rescue operations. On November 20, a team of international tunnelling experts assessed the site. They assured that the trapped men would be evacuated safely.
