Krishna Janmabhoomi case: Lawyer Vishnu Jain hails Allahabad HC’s decision

The Allahabad High Court approved the survey of the Shahi Idgah Masjid in the Krishna Janmabhoomi case on December 14. Vishnu Shankar Jain, the lawyer for the Hindu side while speaking to ANI said that this is a landmark judgement. He further added that to know the actual position, an advocate commissioner is required.  Vishnu Shankar Jain, the lawyer for the Hindu side, said, "Allahabad HC has allowed our application where we had demanded a survey of Shahi Idgah Masjid by the advocate commissioner. The modalities will be decided on December 18. The court has rejected the arguments of Shahi Idgah Masjid. My demand was that in Shahi Idgah Masjid, there are a lot of signs and symbols of the Hindu temple, and to know the actual position, an advocate commissioner is required. It's a landmark judgement by the court."

Gyanvapi Row: Allahabad HC gives nod to ASI survey

The Allahabad high court on Thursday ruled that the ASI survey on the Gyanvapi mosque complex in Varanasi will continue. The Muslim side's plea that the survey may damage the structure has been dismissed by the high court. The survey will be done in the terms of the ASI's affidavit, Vishnu Shankar Jain, the lawyer for the Hindu side said after the Allahabad high court's major verdict. The survey began on July 24, but was stalled by the Supreme Court which ordered "some breathing time" to appeal a district court order. Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Keshav Prasad Maurya on August 03 welcomed Allahabad High Court’s verdict in the Gyanvapi Survey case.

Sukesh Chandrashekhar, using some mobile applications and voice modulation softwares, had duped Aditi Singh, wife of former Ranbaxy owner Shivendra Singh who is in jail. The actor’s lawyers said they would continue to fight for her dignity, claiming she was innocent. Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar has duped hundreds of wealthy people, and was in contact with several bollywood celebs including Jacqueline Fernandez, Nora Fatehi, and Nikki Tamboli. He has been in police custody regarding the money laundering case for the past one year. He met these Bollywood actresses through Pinky Irani, who is also in judicial custody.
