Man caught with gun at Green Park |

Hours before the Indian and Sri Lankan cricket teams arrived here on Saturday for their second Test starting Nov 24, a man carrying a revolver managed to enter the stadium premises, police said.
The man, who claimed to be a journalist, was detained after some mediapersons spotted him roaming inside the Green Park Stadium and informed the police.
Despite the heavy deployment of police personnel at the stadium, some 90 km from Uttar Pradesh capital Lucknow, none appeared to have noticed the man with the revolver tucked in his trousers. |
