Liverpool's quest for a first top-flight title since 1990 could well be over after a 0-1 loss to Sunderland.
Didier Drogba scored for Chelsea (15th minute) after which Villa scored through Richard Dunne James Collins. Liverpool were unfortunate as Darren Bent's shot deflect off a red beach ball in the Kops box and entered goal.
