Dereck Chisora and David Haye brought shame on British boxing on Saturday by brawling at a post-fight press conference in Germany. Here's what they said.
David haye
Dereck Chisora: "How's your toe? How's your toe? How's your toe?" (taunts David Haye about his defeat against Wladimir Klitschko last year as the former WBA heavyweight champion heckles during the post-fight press conference following Chisora's defeat by Vitali Klitschko).
Dereck Chisora
David Haye: "You're a loser."
Chisora: "Say it to my face" (gets up and heads towards Haye, sparking a chaotic brawl). "He glassed me. He f****** glassed me. I'm going to shoot you. I am physically going to shoot David Haye."
Haye's bloodied manager Adam Booth: "Dereck, man-to-man, I want to know who glassed me. Someone hit me with a bottle."
Chisora to Booth: "If you and David want it (the fight), then we can do it. Either in the ring or outside the ring.
You let me know. I want it. You tell him; his entourage has got nothing on my entourage. I'm going to find him. Your boy had a bottle." |
