The 35-year-old Colombian Shakira, who’s bowing out of a music festival in Las Vegas this weekend, wrote on her website that they are expecting their first baby but declined to specify a due date, reports Xinhua.

“At this time we have decided to give priority to this unique moment in our lives and postpone all the promotional activities planned over the next few days,” Shakira said on Wednesday.
The 25-year-old Pique first met Shakira in 2010 and confirmed their relationship in March 2011.
