You can try the Thai Iced Coffee Frappe (Rs 90) or a spicy bitter coco mix of the Aztec Freeze (Rs 85) or enjoy a layered coffee Espresso Trio (Rs 90). Try the crunchy Cookie Crumble (Rs 90). Chef Maximilliano Cotilli has prepared a spread of traditional Roman food. His specialties include Bucatini alla Carbonara, Filetti Di Baccala (salted cod fish fritters with bell peppers and olive salad), Porchetta Con Insalatina Di Rughetta E Parmigiano (oven baked suckling pig with rocket lettuce salad and parmesan cheese), Mozzarella In Carrozza Di Melanzane Con Grattachecca (Fried Mozzarella in a crispy egg plant leaf with tomato flavoured crushed ice), and Bigne Di San Giuseppe Con Spumone Di Albicocche (beignet filled with white chocolate and cream, served with apricot spume).
