Call: 66938888 For: Rs 550 for Roman Inspired Chicken Breast; Rs 625 for Snapper in Mugnania Style Chef Gautam Mehrishi uses one of the most famous wines from the Lazio region in Italy for the Roman Inspired Chicken Breast with fresh rosemary and thyme. The breast is filled with fresh artichokes, Purscitto ham, red and yellow bell peppers, freshly ground black pepper and blanched tomatoes before its grilled and finished to perfection with Est!Est!!Est!!! or Frascati wine from the same region. Call: 65126858 For: Rs 300 The dishes at Sunpreet Singh's baby Zenzibu, is a fusion Oriental experiment for the desi palate. While the Whiskey Chicken is addictive, the Mongolian Stek is beautiful to look at too. Blue-flamed Sambuca liqueur surrounds chicken cooked in whiskey sauce.
Coffee spiked with tequila At: Derby Cafe, fourth floor, Hotel Evergreen, Khar (W). Call: 26492895 For: Rs 330 each The all-day fine dining café has introduced a new range of cream-topped potent liqueur coffees. Says F&B consultant, chef and bartender KM Saif, "The liqueurs that go into each coffee are specific to that region." And the helping is quite large compared to what coffee shops offer. You'll find a generous dose of Sambuca, an Italian anise-flavoured liqueur, in the Italian coffee. The Mexican coffee is spiked with a combination of Tequila and Kahlua, a sweetish coffee-flavoured liqueur from Mexico.

Call: 26733333 For: Rs 350 South African restaurateur of Indian origin Geet Jivan has introduced Mumbai to a flavour of authentic South African food. Naturally, African liqueur Amarula Cream, made from the exotic Marula fruit (elephants love is and often get high on it), had to make an appearance. It features in Amarula Prawns prawns sautéed in herbs, drenched in liqueur.

Call: 26058227 For: Rs 455 Traditionally, Fondue is a Swiss communal dish shared at the table in an earthenware pot over a small burner. This hassle-free Bandra eatery does nine versions of Fondue, each made with a different blend of cheeses, wines and seasoning. But it's the Beer Cheese Fondue that sets Out of the Blue apart from other restaurants. Cheese is simmered in lager beer with garlic, black pepper and dry oregano, and served with a bread and mix veggie platter. Dive in, and forget the six-pack.

Call: 66726672 For: Rs 210 If you swear by the immediacy of a shot of Mexico's national drink, try Tequila in all its subtlety in Tequila Kababs. Poolside restaurant Zerza does a great tender chicken leg marinated in Tequila â delicate and easy on the palate.
