The new salon in town, Indulge, is wooing customers with its hip cafe. What's ON checked it out
Yet another unisex salon opens at Kalyani Nagar, but Indulge offers much more than just beauty treatments.
They also have a cozy little café, where you can laze around playing Scrabble, Monopoly and other indoor games. The quiet locality is an added bonus. Rita Verma, Founder, Indulge, a make-up and special effects artist, who has styled several British artists says, "I know there are numerous salons in the city but what makes Indulge special is customer service. Once someone visits us, they will not go anywhere else."

The cafe at Indulge | Ambience: The garden area has been turned into a café, where cane tables and chairs are placed. It has an informal look and, if you are waiting for your appointment, you can spend some peaceful time here. The entrance is used as the hair-cutting area and bright yellow and white colours lend a cheerful look. The pedicure and manicure area is at the far end of the room. If you go further inside, you'll find the rooms used for facial and waxing, which are cozy and bright.
Services offered: Indulge has a wide range of hair and beauty treatments. Apart from the usual hair-cuts, hair wash, pedicure, manicure, facials, massages, it also offers some interesting therapies like Hair Oil Treatment with Fruit Pack, Chocolate Therapy (for dry skins), Charcoal Therapy (for semi-dry or normal skin and helps to rejuvenate the skin), Chocolate Manicure and Pedicure (for dry feet), Aroma Therapy (for calming the body and skin) along with Global Hair Colouring and Crown Colouring.
The Cafe: Projecting an informal mood, it serves sandwiches, paranthas and select Chinese food and beverages. But the item which is not to be missed is the Ginger Cutting Chai and Ban Maska â available for Rs 8. Though the food items are minimally priced, the menu lacks variety.
