The Akhil Khotachiwadi Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal is celebrating its 100th year this year, marking a century of faith, community and tradition. Known as Khotachiwadi Raja or VP Roadcha Raja, the Ganpati idol sits in a quiet corner of the heritage village. The ten-foot tall Ganpati idol is made from paper pulp, adding to the traditional and distinctive character of the celebrations.
