Under the continuous guidance of Chef Abhishek Palekar, a seasoned culinary artist who has worked with some of the finest names in hospitality, our team has meticulously reimagined classics to reflect both authenticity and innovation. Chef Palekar's passion for honest Italian cooking and his keen understanding of guest preferences played a pivotal role in curating this exciting new menu.
The Highlights: Tradition Meets Imagination
One of the stars of our new menu is the Pizza Con Patate - a true Italian favorite. Potato on pizza might sound unusual to some, but for Italians, it's comfort on a crust. This hearty creation is a nod to Italy's rustic roots, embodying the essence of cucina povera in every bite.
Another crowd-pleaser is our take on a long-time favorite - the pizza dough balls. Inspired by our best-selling pizza dough sticks, these are now coated in a fragrant chimichurri condiment and paired with our iconic truffle Parmesan dip. The result? A dish that's familiar yet refreshingly new - and one that our guests simply can't get enough of.
We've also expanded our mushroom section, taking cues from our loyal guests' love for earthy flavors. The new lineup includes three different mushroom pizzas and a rustic Salvatico Panuozzo, inspired by wild mushrooms and Italy's forested countryside.
And of course, no Italian menu is complete without a touch of pesto. Our house-made pesto sauce, crafted from fresh basil and pine nuts, takes center stage in the Burrata Margherita - a lush reinterpretation of the classic margherita, topped with creamy burrata. It's not only a guest favorite but also one of Chef Palekar's personal picks.
