India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni lauded his team's fielding performance against Pakistan on Saturday, saying that they are currently the world's top fielding side.

"The whole team is doing really well in all three departments. We are the top fielding side in world cricket as of now; we need to keep the intensity up," said Dhoni after India beat their arch-rivals by eight wickets here at Edgbaston to finish top of Group B. India caused two outstanding run-outs of Pakistani batsmen during the match.

Apart from that, the skipper took a good low catch to dismiss dangerman Mohammad Hafeez for 27 off Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
Pakistan's ninth wicket - Junaid Khan - witnessed a classic fielding effort from Virat Kohli who effected a direct throw. All these efforts will please fielding coach Trevor Penny, whom the late Pakistan coach Bob Woolmer rated very highly as a fielder.u00a0
