In yet another accident near a tollbooth on Paud Road, 22-year-old Etisha Singh lost her life on Saturday.
Etisha was on her way to her college, Pune Institute of Business Management (PIBM) on Paud Road in Bhugaon, with her friends Deepanjan Mahto (23) and Shantam Pandey (23).
The incident occurred after the car the three were travelling in rammed into an iron gate near the tollbooth. Etisha originally hails from Varanasi and was doing a PGDM course in finance from the college.
She was residing in a girl’s hostel in Bavdhan, while her friends were living in rented apartments in Bhugaon. While Etisha died on the spot, Mahto and Pandey were rushed to a private hospital for treatment.u00a0
