Today is the finale of the Jagran Film Festival and the number of movies to be showcased is lesser compared to other days. By the end of the day, the film fest would have showcased 99 films within a span of six days

Morning Star
Morning Star (France)

Duration: 100 minutes
A small circus company finds itself in the dunes near the North Sea. Angele, the dancer, lives with Elliot, the clown, who is haunted by his own Conscience - an alter ego. Heroy, the circus ringmaster, asks Zephyr the magician, and Zohra the gypsy to help him win over Angele’s heart.


Guide
Guide (India)

Duration: 183 minutes
Raju is a guide who earns his living by taking tourists to historic sites. One day, a wealthy and aging archaeologist, Marco (Kishore Sahu), comes to the city with his young wife Rosie (Waheeda Rehman), the daughter of a courtesan. Marco hires Raju as his guide. Raju falls in love with a married woman and is jailed for forgery and stealing money from her.


Kai Po Che (India)

Based on Chetan Bhagat’s Three Mistakes of my Life, the film has three protagonists. Govind is an entrepreneur from a modest background with aspirations for big business. Ishaan is a local cricketing talent, wasting his days with loyal friend Omi, who will do anything but become a priest like his father. Their ambitions get entwined with the communal riots that break out in Gujarat 2002.

Amine Bertale, alias Zero, is a cop, who spends most of his time reporting citizen complaints and pacing the streets of Casablanca with Mimi, a prostitute. Zero decides to turn the page of his past, when he goes in search of a missing 15-year-old girl and begins his crusade against a hard and ruthless world.

Seo-Yeon, the first love of 35-year-old architect, Seung-Min, meets him 15 years after they separated and wants him to build her home on Jeju Island. Old memories of love and heartbreak resurface.

Based on true incidents during the 1980s, a group of four pretend to be government officials and plan police or Income Tax raids in India.They plan a raid at a jeweller’s showroom in Mumbai for which they select 26 persons. Do they manage to get away, despite investigating agencies attempting to stop them?

Tukaram, a saint poet of the 17th century in Maharashtra, turns to vernacular rhythms of religious poetry, which constituted the first major emancipatory movement against Brahmanical caste domination.

Jolly LLB (India)

The film is a social satire on the law system of the country India. The story follows a struggling lawyer named Jolly who wants to make it big in life like his idol. But when he takes up a court case against his own idol, Jolly must prove his worth and his skills as a lawyer and win the case!
