Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo gives a sneak-peek of his sprawling Madrid mansion which is his success secret in a way
Madrid: Cristiano Ronaldo's fans got another opportunity to know their superstar footballer from close quarters when he opened the doors of his sprawling 8,600-square-foot home in the elite neighbourhood in Madrid for a guided video tour.
His £4.8 million mansion (approximately R48 crore) in the La Finca part of Pozuelo de Alarcon gives viewers a peek at his bedrooms, living room, swimming pool and a mini football pitch. The sneak-peek into Ronaldo's house was possible due to Unscriptd Sport company.
Ronaldo heads straight to one of his eight bedrooms upon entry into his one-storey house. There is also a trophy room and kids' playrooms which has Ronaldo's initials on various surfaces.

The Real Madrid star describes his bedroom as one of the 'most important things in his life' because it is his major source of recuperation after heavy on-field duty week after week.
The next stop on the tour is the living room which is spacious and has several chairs and sofas.

Ronaldo then talks in depth about the dining facilities as he pays special attention to his diet and nutrition, the key to his success.
"The second or third most important place to me is the place where I eat — where I have my lunch and dinners because most of the time I eat at home," he is quoted as saying by the Daily Mail website. "My chefs cook unbelievably for me, this is why I look like that," he added.

The tour ends with Ronaldo's outdoor facilties which includes a swimming pool and hot tub, basketball net and a mini football pitch.
