The trailer of Aadar Jain and Anya Singh's launch vehicle 'Qaidi Band' is out and it looks. The film is produced by YRF and directed by Habib Faisal. 'Qaidi Band' is based on the life of undertrials who are awaiting justice . The inmates have been asked to perform for an Independance Day program, which is when they come together and join hands to form a band. Their band becomes a rage across the country, but politicians want them to stay in jail to settle petty scores.

The film also throws light on the problems faced by undertrials in the country and their ways of surviving in the prisons. The ends of trailer shows Anay singh and Aadar Jain trying to escape prison together and thereby we can assume a romantic track will be introduced in the film.The film does have shades of 'Rockstar' in it, ironically which starred Aadar Jain's cousin, Ranbir Kapoor.
The film hit the screens on August 25.
