It's official. Speculation over Katrina Kaif's casting for Yash Raj Films' 'Thugs Of Hindostan' have finally been put to rest with lead actor Aamir Khan announcing the news on social media last evening. He wrote, "Finally, we have our last thug.... Katrina! Welcome aboard, Kat."

The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan and 'Dangal' girl Fatima Sana Shaikh in lead roles. With Thugs, Katrina is collaborating with Aamir and director Vijay Krishna Acharya for the second time after 'Dhoom 3' (2013). While Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan have teamed up for the first time for this YRF project, Katrina Kaif has worked with Bachchan twice in the past — 'Boom' (2003) and 'Sarkar' (2005).
